As Quality Lead, you will: 

1. Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

- Execute and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS) activities transferred to the CoE (e.g., audit planning, documentation management, KPI collection, regulatory monitoring, non-conformity management).
- Provide operational support to local quality teams, especially during audits, certification renewals, and transformation deadlines.
- Ensure delivery, simplification, and standardization of quality processes, leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual workload.
- Support the deployment of group-wide quality initiatives and best shore strategies.

1. Strategic Alignment & Harmonization

- Contribute to the harmonization of quality strategy, documentation, and processes across all countries, reinforcing group-wide quality objectives.
- Support the implementation of group quality initiatives, best shore strategies, and continuous improvement programs.
- Participate in the development and deployment of shared tools, templates, and training materials.

1. Governance, Compliance & Audit Readiness

- Support audit readiness and certification success by maintaining standardized templates, structured reviews, and centralized support.
- Monitor compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to risk management, governance, and proactive compliance activities

1. Collaboration & Expertise Sharing

- Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the CoE and with country quality teams.
- Act as a point of contact for specific expertise areas (e.g., AI standards, information security, regulatory monitoring) as the CoE develops new competencies.
- Provide onboarding, training, and documentation support to local teams.

1. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
- Collect and analyze quality KPIs to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups to develop and maintain living documents and best practices.

• Extensive experience in the Quality Function and QMS – 5 years minimum, ideally gained in the Quality function of an international company of comparable size. 
• Deep understanding and expertise on ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100. Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASPICE, TISAX would be a +
• A passion for continuous improvement and knowledge of relevant techniques such as CQA, root-cause analysis, CAPA, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team. Ability to successfully work with people at all levels of an organization including as part of a team.
• Work efficiently and impeccably organized, excellent at time management, and extremely detail oriented.
• Solution-focused, ability to take the initiative and to go above and beyond to solve complex challenges.
• Agile and adaptable player, with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization. Agile learner.
• Fluency in English & French required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Highly proficient with superior skillset in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, and One Drive.
