Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Viratnagar for an Electromechanical Field Service Engineer. The field service engineer will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electromechanical food freezing equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system functionality, and providing customer training on equipment usage. The role involves collaboration with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure equipment performs optimally.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Electrical Systems, Circuitry, and Troubleshooting
- Experience with Mechanical Systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in Reading Technical Schematics and Blueprints
- Skills in Sensors, Motors, and Automation Systems
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Attention to Detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation
- Relevant experience in food processing/freezing machinery is a plus
- A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel and adapt to various work environments
