BI / Reporting Engineer – English Speaking | Casablanca (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for a
Business Intelligence / Reporting Engineer
to join a fast-growing international IT environment based in Casablanca.

The ideal candidate is passionate about data, enjoys building dashboards and analytical reports, and has a strong command of
Power BI
,
SQL
, and
data modeling
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and data models in Power BI.
  • Collect, integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud-based).
  • Ensure data consistency, performance optimization and data security.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate functional needs into BI solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting or Data Analysis (mandatory).

Excellent command of
English
(spoken and written).

Proficiency in
Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
and
SQL
.

Strong understanding of
data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake)
.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure, SSIS/SSAS, or other BI tools (Qlik, Tableau).
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
