Orchid Island Agency is a fast-growing real estate and tech-focused consultancy based in Morocco. We combine market insights, digital strategies, and innovative AI solutions to help clients optimize their real estate investments and property management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy. You will work closely with our marketing manager and contribute to real campaigns that impact our business directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and ad copy.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the AI and Web teams to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, etc.).
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for real estate, tech, and innovation.
