Job Opening – Country Manager (Morocco)

Position: Country Manager – Higher Education

Location: Morocco

Type: Full-time, Senior Management

Company type: Multinational company

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with
    local study abroad agencies
    to promote our universities.
  • Support student recruitment through agency channels and direct engagement.
  • Build, manage, and expand collaborations with
    international universities, multinational corporations, and local associations
    .
  • Represent the Group in Morocco, acting as the main liaison with institutional partners, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the local team, ensuring performance targets and business goals are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Education, or related field is preferred
    .
  • Prior
    experience
    in international education, higher education recruitment, or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Fluency in
    French/Arabic and English
    is mandatory;
    Chinese
    is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Moroccan higher education and study abroad industry is highly preferred.
