Sommelier – Restaurant & Pool

Job Summary:

The Sommelier curates and manages the wine program while enhancing the guest dining experience through expert wine recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend wines and pairings
  • Manage wine inventory and storage
  • Train service staff on wine knowledge
  • Maintain Six Senses beverage standards

Requirements:

  • Certified Sommelier preferred
  • Luxury hotel or fine-dining experience
  • Age below 33 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 19,200.00DH per month
