Job Description:

As a consultant in our Casablanca office, you will be required to support our local clients on the following issues:

  • Project management & change management within the framework of major projects: redesign of the customer journey and claims management, restructuring of the market, support for mergers between organizations, implementation of partnerships, implementation of contract management tools, product launches,
  • Improved performance and reduced costs, particularly through AI and process optimization methodologies (Robotics, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence).
  • Data management projects: end-to-end support from data quality and data science to data security and data privacy, complete implementation of Data Offices
  • Distribution: customer journey experience, marketing/CRM/multi-channel development, cross-selling, evolution of distribution networks, support for digital transformation
  • Innovation: fintech, insurtech, Big Data / Data science / Blockchain approaches, new products (prevention, IoT, parametric insurance)
  • Risk Management, Internal Control, Finance & Compliance: compliance with major international and national regulatory texts (Solvency II, IFRS 17, IDD, Anti-Money Laundering, PACTE Law), development of regulatory monitoring (including Regtech), financial & risk modeling (including backtesting / stress-testing)
  • Financial Management: steering the convergence of Finance / Risk, ALM & financial performance, IFRS9 compliance, performance and evolution of reporting channels, profitability of distribution networks.

As part of the firm's internal activities, your participation will focus on the following areas:

  • The development or strengthening of our offerings through training, workshops, and the distribution of internal and external support materials...
  • Publication policy (sector-specific blogs, studies, press releases, etc.)
  • Business development by contributing to the definition of needs and participating in sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

With a degree from a top engineering or business school, you ideally have at least 3 years of successful experience in consulting or in the Banking and/or Insurance sector .

You have an affinity for the challenges related to data and AI, an ability to quickly develop skills in these areas, and are enthusiastic about helping our clients seize opportunities.
