A Day in the Life

As the Digital & E-Commerce Manager for Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel, you'll report directly to the PPD General Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and e-commerce growth for our professional brands in Morocco.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • E-Commerce Growth: Drive online sales by optimizing e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, and managing performance metrics.
  • Advocacy & Influence: Build and manage relationships with key influencers and advocates to amplify brand presence.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to inform decision-making, track campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and deliver business objectives.

We Are Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold a master's degree in marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field.
  • Have strong expertise in Digital Strategy, E-Commerce Management, Advocacy & Influence, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Project Management.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Are a collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Have experience working with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics.
