Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role at The View Hotel Rabat, located in the vibrant capital city of Rabat. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling check-ins and check-outs, organizing front desk operations, and providing assistance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. The role also includes supporting day-to-day administrative and clerical duties while maintaining professionalism and embodying our commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties in a professional setting
• Proficiency in performing Clerical Skills such as managing schedules, filing, and record-keeping
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective engagement with guests and team members
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including problem-solving and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Proficiency in using office software and knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in English, French, and Arabic, are an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
