The Role We are seeking a hands-on intern to support the entire production lifecycle. You will work directly on the factory floor, managing products from raw ingredients to finished, packaged goods. Successful completion of this internship may lead to a permanent job offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Filling: Assist with batch preparation, mixing, and machine operation.
  • Packaging & Labeling: Handle the final steps of manufacturing, including filling, labeling, boxing, and packing products for shipment.
  • R&D Support: Help develop and test natural formulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all finished goods meet strict quality and safety standards.
