Missions

  • Develop and maintain full stack banking applications using Java and React
  • Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces
  • Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Ensure compliance with banking security and data protection standards

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and clean code principles

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit)
  • Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications in Java, React, or full stack development are a plus
