Video Editor

We're a dynamic creative agency/marketing team looking for a highly skilled video editor who also masters motion graphics. You'll be responsible for editing high-quality video content and creating engaging motion graphic elements for our digital campaigns. We operate in a fast-paced, creative environment and expect someone who takes ownership of their craft, delivers visually polished work, and can scale with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content using industry tools: working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Create motion graphics: animated titles, lower-thirds, transitions, animated infographics or overlays
• Work from raw footage/rushes and deliver final edits optimized for digital platforms (social media, web, etc.)
• Ensure consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing/creative team to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and manage versions, formats and exports

Required Skills & Profile:

• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Proficiency with After Effects + DaVinci Resolve + Adobe Premiere (or equivalent)
• Strong creative sense, good eye for animation, motion timing, transitions, visual flow
• Must have own laptop/workstation capable of handling video editing (this is required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects
• Good communication skills – able to interpret briefs and suggest creative solutions
• Location: currently based in or willing to commute to Laâyoune

Nice-to-Haves:

• Portfolio or showreel with motion graphic work + edited video content
• Experience editing for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
• Colour grading, audio mixing experience
• Knowledge of graphics and design (Photoshop / Illustrator)
