About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Engineer to join our growing team in Nador. In this role, you will be responsible for automating operational and administrative processes within the insurance domain. You will work closely with insurance operations teams, consultants and software developers to translate manual workflows into efficient and scalable automation solutions.
This position is part of a fast-growing startup in Morocco, backed by a Dutch parent company. We will be fully operational from February 2026, and you will play an important role in building a strong automation foundation from the start.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain RPA solutions for insurance-related processes
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into technical RPA implementations
- Test, document and monitor bots in production environments
- Support optimisation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Work in an agile/scrum environment with daily stand-ups
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree (Licence) or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RPA Engineer or Automation Engineer
- Hands-on experience with RPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
- Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
