Job Offer : Content Creator (Video, Design & Social Media)

• Location: Rabat, Morocco (On-site)
• Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Contract (CDI) (after 3-month probation, renewable once)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00-17:30 with 30 min break) + Saturday (10:00-13:00)
• Paid Leave: 18 days/year + national & religious holidays
• Salary: 4,500-6,000 MAD net/month (based on profile)
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator capable of producing high-quality videos, photos, graphics, and social media content for all BEG entities. The ideal candidate understands social media culture, keeps up with trends, and can manage the full content cycle, from concept to final publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Create and edit engaging video content (short-form and long-form) for all platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and for corporate/event use.
• Graphic Design & Visual Assets: Design high-quality visual assets, including event posters, roll-up banners, flyers, group booklets, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency across the group.
• Content Conception & Trend Monitoring: Generate creative, original ideas for campaigns that align with the education sector, group values, and marketing objectives. Actively monitor social media trends and platform changes to keep content current, relevant, and maximizing reach.
• Collaboration & Promotional Materials: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to plan and execute cohesive content campaigns. Ensure all necessary promotional materials (digital and print) are designed and delivered on time.
• Multimedia Production (Big Advantage): Capture professional-grade photos and videos during campus events, student activities, and for general promotional purposes (or collaborate with external providers for this).
• Platform Management (Big Advantage): Assist in publishing and scheduling content across our different social media platforms.

Candidate Profile

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Degree/Diploma in Audiovisual, Infographics, Design, Media, or Marketing (Bac+2 preferred).
• A portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in professional editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve) and user-friendly tools (Canva, CapCut).
• Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

Key Advantages
