Mission Il est chargé de contrôler, suivre, analyser et améliorer la marge directe par collaborateur, contrat, client ainsi que le taux de facturation et la productivité. Position du poste dans l'entité Manager hiérarchique : Directeur des opérations Conditions du travail :Peut être amené à: - Travailler les jours fériés Maroc et récupérer selon lagenda du client - Assurer des Astreintes hebdomadaire (de 7 jours) incluant ou pas des jours fériés - Effectuer des déplacements national /létranger si nécessaire afin dassurer des interventions sur site client Profil d'entrée :- Niveau de formation : De formation supérieure Bac +5 (type Ecole de commerce et/ou d'ingénieur, universitaire) MBA apprécié - Niveau d'expérience professionnelle: 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion IT ou Revenue assurance Responsabilités :- Suivre, Analyser Et Améliorer Le Taux De Facturation Par Ressource- Suivre, Analyser Et Améliorer La Marge Direct Par Mois Par Ressource Et Par Compte (REVENU COMPARE AU PAYROLL PAR MOIS PAR COLLABORATEUR PAR COMPTE ET CLIENT (Marge Directe Sans Transverse)- Suivre La Charge Consommé Vs Le RAF Et L'offre Financière Des Projets- Suivre La Marge Des Projets- Analyse Des Ecarts Et Justification- Suivi Des Plans D'action De Tracking Des Ressources Facture - Fiabiliser Les Timesheets - Elaborer, Interpréter Et Analyser Les Rapports De Billability Vs. Donnée Liée A La Marge - Animer Les Account Business Review, Une Revue Mensuelle Avec Les Directeurs De Service Lines Incluant: La Présentation Des Données Financières (BUDGET Vs FLASH) Revue Et Analyse Des Plans De Charges Et Des Prévisions La Taux De Facturation Des Collaborateur La Mise A Jour Du Plan Dactions Pour Revenir Au Budget En Revenu Et En Marge Brute Si Besoin La Liste Des Opportunités Commerciales Et Les Risques La Balance Agée Et Le Plan Dactions Pour Le Recouvrement Si Besoin FOCUS MARCHE LOCAL [Données FINANCE, COMPTA, DSL] Audit Des Clients [Ex: Temps Passés Par Collaborateur Par Client Local...] Proposition Damélioration De La Précision Des Prévisions De Charge Liste Des Clients Toxic [Balance Agée, Marge Brute, Marché A Risque] Revue Et Analyse Des Comptes Compétence Technique :ITIL FoundationOffice 365SalesforceCompétence Comportementale :CuriositéEngagement Compétence Linguistique : AnglaisFrançais
