Position: Legal Associate – Senior Associate
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise local and international clients on diverse legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Provide expertise in
corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and regulated sectors
. - Participate in
M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate restructurings
. - Conduct legal research and prepare memos, opinions, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan regulations and internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of the legal practice.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in a
Moroccan law firm
or corporate legal environment. - Bachelor's degree in
Law
(Moroccan university or equivalent). - Strong knowledge of
contract law, corporate law, labor law, and regulated sectors
. - Fluent in
French, Arabic, and professional working knowledge of English
. - Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and structured environment.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and professional, with strong prioritization skills.
