Step into a key leadership role on our casino floor. We're looking for a
Shift Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure fair and smooth gaming, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise the casino floor team, including
    training staff on gaming procedures
    .
  • Ensure compliance with casino policies, regulations, and operational standards.
  • Manage guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and equipment readiness.

Profile :

  • Proven experience managing casino operations and teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of casino systems and gaming regulations is a plus.
