Nous recrutons un Ingénieur Études et Méthodes en Charpente Métallique pour rejoindre notre équipe à l'usine de Kénitra

Missions principales :

Vous serez en charge de la définition, de l'optimisation et de la mise en œuvre de l'étude et méthodes pour nos projets en charpente métallique. Vous devrez concevoir des processus innovants et efficaces, garantissant le respect des délais, des budgets, des normes de qualité.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Étudier et analyser les plans de charpente métallique tout en garantissant les optimisations en termes de coûts, de délais de production et de montage.
  • Définir les procédés de fabrication et de montage adaptés.
  • Maîtrise du chiffrage et de la budgétisation des projets de charpente métallique
  • Standardiser et documenter les méthodes de travail (fiches de fabrication, procédures).
  • Assurer l'interface entre le bureau d'études, l'atelier et le chantier.
  • Identifier les problèmes de production/montage et proposer des améliorations (Lean manufacturing, optimisation des temps).
  • Accompagner les chefs d'atelier et de chantier dans l'application des méthodes.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme Bac +5 en Génie Civil, ou équivalent.

Expérience confirmée en études ou travaux, dans le secteur de la construction métallique.

Compétences avérées en planification.

Qualités personnelles : rigueur, adaptabilité, leadership, esprit d'équipe et orientation client.
