About the role

We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to join our development team in Nador. In this role, you will work on general-purpose web applications and platforms developed for Dutch clients. These applications range from business platforms and portals to data-driven and process-supporting systems.

You will collaborate closely with international product owners, designers and developers, working in an agile environment with modern development standards. This role is not industry-specific and focuses on building clean, scalable and maintainable Laravel applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Laravel (PHP)
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
  • Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and optimise queries
  • Collaborate with frontend developers on application integration
  • Write clean, well-structured and testable code
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and code reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Licence) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience with PHP and Laravel
  • Solid understanding of MVC architecture and REST APIs
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies / React) is a plus
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Good command of English (Dutch is a plus, not required)
