Role Overview

We are seeking a pragmatic AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize real-world AI systems. This role focuses on applied AI, not research.

You will work on AI agents, automation pipelines, predictive models, and LLM-powered systems that integrate directly into products and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI and machine learning systems for real business use cases (sales, marketing, operations, customer support)
  • Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, including RAG systems, AI agents, and workflow automation
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment)
  • Integrate AI solutions into SaaS platforms, APIs, CRMs, and internal tools
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
  • Monitor models in production and continuously improve system reliability and accuracy

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems
  • Experience deploying AI systems in production environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Ability to think in terms of business outcomes, not just technical performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
  • Background in SaaS or AI agency environments
  • Knowledge of MLOps, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
  • Experience optimizing AI systems for cost control and scalability
  • Startup or scale-up experience
