Plastics Specialist

#Skillcheck:

• Bac + 5 (Technical Diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of experience (Injection Technician / Plastic Engineer).
• Good analysis skills in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
• Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.

#Challenge check:

• Ensure the validation of new equipment (potting machines, tools etc.).
• Provide technical leadership to process adjusters and potting line staff.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring that procedures are clearly stated and easily understood by all employees.
• Monitor and report issues with potting equipment and processes, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Support quality issues and customer claims related to potting defects or performance concerns.

*The candidate should be based in the Oriental Region.
