Slimstock is a leading company in inventory optimization and supply chain solutions. We are dedicated to providing top-tier products and services to our B2B clients. Our team thrives on innovation, creativity, and collaboration. We are expanding our Design team and are looking for a passionate creative creator.

About the Role

As a graphic designer you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition and a passion to translate ideas to visual concepts. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in both digital and print design, with a preference for B2B portfolios. We are working in a Design team, including two senior designers and two video editors. We love good vibes and like you to join in our office in Casablanca.

Responsibilities

  • Illustrate Concepts: Design examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style to visually represent (y)our ideas.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.
  • Graphic Design: Create a wide range of graphics and layouts and other marketing materials.
  • Review & Improvement: Review final layouts and suggest improvements to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Booth Design: Design booths for trade shows and other events, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presence.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe CS package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ) for various design tasks.
  • Visual Composition: Maintain a strong eye for visual composition and detail in all design projects.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Constructive Feedback: Accept and implement feedback from team members to continually improve design quality.
  • Marketing Understanding: Apply knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design to all projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Demonstrable graphic design skills with an online and offline portfolio, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Composition: A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Feedback: Ability to receive and act on constructive criticism.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and their application in design.

Preferred Skills

  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a significant portion in a B2B environment.
