ROLE SUMMARY:

Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is a vibrant and community-oriented institution offering premium British-style and Moroccan education to both local and expatriate students. Renowned for its progressive pedagogy and holistic educational philosophy, KGSR continues to build a strong reputation as a school committed to excellence, inclusion, and student well-being.

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to support the smooth operation of the school and ensure a safe, positive, and disciplined learning environment for all students. The successful candidate will oversee students' behavior and welfare, monitor attendance and punctuality, and ensure that school rules and safeguarding policies are consistently upheld.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere across the school community. The post holder will work collaboratively with teachers, administrative staff, and parents to promote students' personal growth, well-being, and responsibility, while contributing to the school's culture of care and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise students during class transitions, breaks, and school activities to ensure a safe, respectful, and orderly environment.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and general behavior, addressing issues in line with the school's policies and code of conduct.
• Promote positive discipline by guiding students toward responsible decision-making and respectful interactions.
• Support students' well-being and personal development by maintaining open communication and providing guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of school rules, safety procedures, and safeguarding standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive school environment that encourages learning and mutual respect.
• Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development to strengthen the overall student support framework.
