marketing assistant

We are looking for someone passionate about storytelling, social media, and brand building who can manage projects independently, stay organized, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media Management
• Create monthly 
  Instagram and content planning
   calendars.
• Organize photoshoots (coordinate with photographers & schedule shooting days).
• Design engaging posts, stories, and reels using 
  Canva
   (basic graphic design).
• Write captions and manage 
  storytelling across platforms
  .
• Schedule and post content consistently.
• Manage and optimize 
  sponsored ads
   (Instagram/Facebook).
• Plan and create content for 
  TikTok & LinkedIn
  .
• Basic 
  video editing
   for social media content.
• Brand & Project Support
• Assist with 
  branding launches
   for new projects (logos, brand books, brochures, flyers, etc.).
• Research trends and competitors to suggest new marketing ideas.
• Help set up 
  social media strategies
   for new and existing brands/projects.
• PR outreach
  : connect with influencers, bloggers, and magazines for collaborations and exposure.
• Website & Direct Marketing
• Make basic 
  website updates
   (Shopify / WordPress).
• Create and manage 
  email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  .
• Coordination & Communication
• Attend weekly check-in meetings.
• Track progress and report on campaign performance (basic analytics).
• Communicate with partners (photographers, designers, printers, collaborators).
• Event support
  : help organize product launches, store events, and community activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 
  social media management
   (Instagram focus).
• Skilled in 
  Canva
   (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently with supervision.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager is a big plus).
• Familiarity with 
  Shopify or WordPress
  .
• Experience with 
  email or WhatsApp marketing tools
  .
• Fluency in French & English
