YOUR ROLE
Introduction De Nouveaux Projets Qualité
- Être l'interface Qualité pour tous les projets NPI
- Garantir le respect absolu des procédures opérationnelles normalisées
- Veiller à la bonne définition des plans de qualification et à la prise en compte de tous les risques
- Assurer la coordination entre les équipes NPI et Laboratoire Analyse de Défaillance/Fiabilité
Responsable De La Gestion De Projet Qualité
- Être la référence et supporter la gestion de projet au sein de l'organisation Qualité
- Suivre la gouvernance et la méthodologie de la gestion de projet
- Créer et maintenir un portefeuille de projets Qualité
- Développer les compétences en gestion de projet au sein de l'organisation
- Assurer le respect de la méthodologie du projet
- Faciliter la synergie entre les parties prenantes de l'organisation
Your Skills & Experiences
- Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Option électronique ou mécanique) avec expérience minimum de 8 ans à ST.
- Bonne connaissance des processus Assemblage et Test
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances des outils qualité et production (SPM Tool, PCMS tool, 8D tool, FMEA Tool, FW…)
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique Microsoft office
- Maîtrise des SOP, Procédures…
- Sens de l'initiative et d'autonomie.
- Bonne communication et écoute active.
Bonne expression écrite et orale et Anglais
