Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will perform day-to-day tasks such as evaluating patients' healthcare needs, coordinating with medical professionals, implementing healthcare plans, and providing exceptional patient care and support. The role may also involve maintaining accurate healthcare records, offering health education, and contributing to the development of health programs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and clinical decision-making
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams and implement healthcare plans
• Experience with maintaining and managing accurate health records
• Knowledge of health education strategies and procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• A degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., RN, LPN, or equivalent) as required by local regulations
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical environment is advantageous
