Rattaché au responsable de l'équipe Exploitation de notre filiale Telco Dev à Fès, en tant que consultant support, vous avez la charge de traitement des demandes techniques de nos partenaires qui vous sont affectées.

Vous travaillerez en équipe et vous serez en contact avec l'équipe exploitation en France.

Vos missions :

Vous rejoindrez le service exploitation de la société pour :

· Assurer la gestion des supports clients externes / Réception et analyse des demandes et besoins

· Prise en charge des demandes des équipes PROD, SCP, ADV

· Gestion des exploitations et accompagnement du développeur lors de l'exploit et check post exploit

. Test des anomalies et évolutions demandées après leur livraison

. Gestion des recettes .

Afin de vous accompagner dans l'intégration de ce poste, vous serez formé(e) sur les technologies utilisées et suivi par un référent technique sous la direction du service exploitation.

Qualités requises :

Motivé(e) et dynamique, vous êtes capable de vous adapter rapidement à divers environnements techniques.

Curieux(se) avec un bon sens relationnel et une aisance en travail en équipe

Organisé(e), vous savez travailler en autonomie et faire preuve d'initiative dans le respect des procédures définies.

Compétences recherchées :

· Aisance téléphonique, bonne expression écrite et orale

· Bon niveau en lu et en écrit en Français est obligatoire

. Capacité d'analyse

· Une connaissances des outils Excel et Word est souhaitable.
