Confidential Company – Morocco Area Sales Manager

Location: Morocco (Casablanca / Tangier / Rabat – field-oriented role)

Employment Type: Full-time

Sector: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Import / Export / Distribution

Position: Operations Manager / Country Manager

About the Company

We are a Turkey-based brand specializing in high-quality industrial safety gloves and personal protective equipment, supplying multiple markets across Europe and the Middle East. Morocco is a key market in our international growth strategy, and we are seeking a professional who will establish and lead our operations in the region.

Position Objective

To develop the Moroccan market, establish distribution channels, build corporate customer relations, and manage all operational processes. This role carries full responsibility for country-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Business Development


• Analyze the Moroccan PPE market and create growth strategies


• Identify and negotiate with potential distributors


• Develop business relationships with corporate clients (construction, automotive, logistics, industrial manufacturing, etc.)


• Conduct competitive analysis and pricing studies


• Define and achieve annual sales targets for Morocco

Operations Setup


• Establish the country operation from scratch


• Organize office, warehouse, field, and logistics processes


• Coordinate operational workflows with the headquarters in Türkiye (inventory, shipments, orders)

Sales & Brand Management


• Organize product training sessions and conduct field visits


• Increase brand awareness and market positioning in Morocco


• Hold regular performance meetings with distributors and key clients

Qualifications


• Experience in business development, sales, distributor management, or operational leadership in the Moroccan market


• Strong command of Arabic and French and English


• Proficiency in Turkish (preferred)


• Experience in PPE, industrial products, construction materials, or similar technical sectors (preferred)


• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to work independently


• Strong ownership and leadership mindset


• No travel restrictions
