Lean Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

: Assist in the establishment and improvement of the company's

lean management operation mechanism and management system and

participate in the company's production standardization system construction

through lean improvement practices.

Job responsibilities

1. The establishment, implementation and leadership of lean projects.

2. Training and implementation of lean courses.

3. The implementation of lean culture (idea) in the production site.

4. Promotion and application of lean production tools.

5. Operational improvement on efficiency and production cycle.

6. Value flow chart, process improvement, material flow and information flow

optimization.

1. Assist the department manager in the development and effective

implementation of other related projects within the department.

1. Participate in the construction of the company's production

standardization system through lean improvement practices.

1. Assist in establishing and improving the company's lean management

operation mechanism and management system.10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications

:

Education background

: Master's degree in industrial engineering or science

and engineering

✓
Experience:

2 years of work experience in lean improvement or above, with

experience in automobiles, wind power, machinery and other industries.

✓

Skill

: Proficient in using Lean tools for on-site improvement ; Lean

knowledge training and lean project coaching. Fluent in English
