Objectif du poste : Le Data Management Lead est chargé de superviser et de gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des données à l'UM6P. Ce rôle vise à assurer l'intégrité, la qualité, la sécurité et l'accessibilité des données institutionnelles, tout en soutenant les besoins opérationnels et stratégiques de l'université.
Responsabilités principales :
Gestion des Données : Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures de gestion des données pour garantir leur intégrité et leur qualité.
Sécurité et Confidentialité : Assurer la sécurité et la confidentialité des données institutionnelles conformément aux normes et réglementations en vigueur.
Accès et Accessibilité : Faciliter l'accès aux données nécessaires pour les utilisateurs autorisés tout en maintenant des contrôles appropriés et des niveaux d'autorisation.
Migration et Intégration : Gérer la migration, l'intégration et la normalisation des données provenant de différentes sources pour assurer la cohérence et l'uniformité.
Gouvernance des Données : Définir et appliquer des pratiques de gouvernance des données pour garantir leur utilisation éthique et efficace à travers l'université.
Formation et Support : Former et soutenir les utilisateurs finaux dans l'utilisation responsable des données et des systèmes de gestion des données.
Compétences requises :
- Expérience solide dans la gestion de données et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de gestion des données, idéalement dans un environnement éducatif ou institutionnel.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de gestion de bases de données, des outils d'intégration de données et des bonnes pratiques en matière de gouvernance des données.
- Compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en communication interpersonnelle.
Formation et Expérience :
- Diplôme supérieur (idéalement en informatique, gestion des systèmes d'information, sciences des données ou domaine similaire).
- Expérience significative dans un rôle de gestion de données avec une démonstration de résultats concrets en matière d'amélioration de la gestion et de l'utilisation des données.
