Nous recrutons un(e) Directeur(trice) Commercial(e) pour le compte d'un hôtel prestigieux situé à Rabat. Alliant raffinement contemporain, hospitalité marocaine et standards internationaux, cet établissement accueille une clientèle haut de gamme, diplomatique et d'affaires.

Missions principales

  • Élaborer et déployer la stratégie commerciale globale, en cohérence avec les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, de positionnement et de croissance.
  • Développer les différents segments : corporate, MICE, loisirs, agences de voyages et autres relais de croissance.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance (revenus, taux d'occupation, segmentation) et mettre en place des actions correctives pertinentes.
  • Gérer, développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients grands comptes et de partenaires stratégiques.
  • Représenter l'hôtel lors des salons professionnels, événements majeurs et rendez-vous commerciaux.
  • Encadrer et animer les équipes commerciales, réservations et coordination, avec leadership et exigence.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les départements marketing, revenue management et opérations pour garantir une offre cohérente et alignée.
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle active et adapter la stratégie commerciale en conséquence.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience avérée (7 à 10 ans minimum) dans une fonction commerciale stratégique au sein d'un hôtel de luxe ou haut de gamme.
  • Excellente maîtrise des marchés MICE, corporate, agences de voyages et OTA.
  • Connaissance approfondie du tissu économique et diplomatique local, idéalement assortie d'un réseau actif à Rabat.
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM, plateformes de réservation et techniques d'analyse commerciale.
  • Leadership affirmé, vision stratégique, sens relationnel développé et fortes aptitudes en négociation.
  • Présentation irréprochable, discrétion, sens du détail et orientation résultats.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
