Your Role as a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist our users daily and ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in customer relations and directly contribute to the quality of our services.

Your Missions

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Identify problems and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical team on more complex issues
  • Contribute to the creation of user guides and support documentation
  • Share user feedback to help improve our products

Your Profile

  • Bac+2 degree or equivalent (junior candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Comfortable using digital tools and navigating SaaS environments
  • Strong customer service mindset, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills
  • Basic IT knowledge or an interest in technical topics is a plus
