Salary: 6 000 MAD / month

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm / one Saturday morning per month

: We are popham design ) a 15-year-old company based in Marrakech, Morocco that produces handmade concrete and zellige tiles as well as a collection of luxury lighting and homewares. Our office/showroom and factory are located at Km7 on the Route d'Ourika.

: A flexible, hard-working person with great communication skills who has experience juggling multiple projects, responsibilities and people. You will be the heart of our Marrakech office and will ensure its smooth running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist owners and team in ways that optimize the office performance
  • Maintain the physical state of the office/showroom/garden
  • Create and update client invoices ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Assist production planner with planning and logisitics
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with factory to ensure proper communication between the office and factory
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Welcome clients to showroom/factory and lead tours

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perfect ability in English and French
  • Perfect ability in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL
