We are looking for a reliable person to join and support our growing team in Marrakesh.
About Us:
We are YOOMEE, a Swiss accessories company producing in Marrakesh. We work closely with a women's association in the Medina. As a social business, we care about sustainability and Fairtrade values.
Your Profile:
- You speak fluent Darija and it would be great if you also speak french or English
- Several years of professional experience as a seamstress
- Excellent skills in both hand sewing and machine sewing
- You enjoy working in a small, dynamic team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
- Enjoys learning, experimenting, and supporting creative processes
- Based in Marrakech or the surrounding area and available to work in our atelier
- You like working for yourself and you are well-organized
Your Responsibilities:
- Cutting and sewing accessories & clothing
- Assisting in the creation of samples and patterns for new collections
- Calculating required materials and supporting the ordering process
- Precise finishing according to design pecifications
- Working independently as well as collaborating with the team
