YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

We are looking for a Data Engineer in N°1 - Bd de Bangkok - Zoute de Zenate -Km 10,5 - S MAR. Your mission will be to:

Job responsibilities

You will be a key member of the Data Factory (5 people) within the Global Data Team.

The core competencies of this role include managing integration processes for enterprise solutions and customer facing products and managing our data platform used for analytics.

You will be responsible for :

• Analysing, designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines
• Writing technical requirements
• Participating in design sessions, code reviews, functional testing and deployments
• Developing, implement & maintain the tools and pipelines for data processing
• Implement the data storages, data transformation and modeling
• Ensure the reliability of the data workflows (pipelines, storage)
• Collaborating with architects, technical designers and other members of the team to ensure development is in line with and meets enterprise standards

YOUR PROFILE

Required skills:

• Advanced English & French
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies, especially the AWS stack
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing data integration solutions
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing (especially with AWS Redshift) and ETL process design
• Familiarity with data development tools, like Python
• Extensive knowledge of custom data driven applications leveraging multiple data sources/databases
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment, communicates effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong documentations, written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• A thorough knowledge of end-to-end solutions, business process management and SDLC, including source control, maintenance and deployments is required.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, like Terraform, Apache Airflow, Chocolatey will be a plus
• Knowledge of Tableau will be an advantage
• Experience with Qlik Replicate or similar data replication tools
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana), ideally involving the design and implementation of monitoring solutions
