Job Description:

Our Partner is looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to support their Amazon wholesale business with website development, lead integration, and client outreach efforts. This role involves creating a functional website, integrating lead capture tools, and connecting with potential brand partners to drive business growth.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role, and the candidate must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, which is 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Marrakech time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building and maintaining a professional, user-friendly website.Integrate Zendesk or similar tools to capture leads and route them to sales agents effectively.Research and reach out to potential brand partners to establish collaborations.Maintain and manage CRM systems to track outreach and client interactions.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate lead handoff and follow-up.Provide regular updates and reports on website progress and outreach efforts.Qualifications and Skills:
Basic experience in website development and tool integration (e.g., Zendesk).Strong communication and organizational skills. (English Language)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Familiarity with the Amazon wholesale or e-commerce industry is a plus.
