Role Purpose
: To establish, implement, and operate a comprehensive Program Management Office (PMO) framework for the Zero-Touch IT Operations Program—enabling governance, roadmap consolidation, interdependency management, risk oversight, and program-level reporting to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1.PMO Framework Definition
- Define the Program PMO framework aligned with Zero Touch - IT objectives, governance, and delivery model.
- Refine and deliver Terms of Reference (ToR) for all program governance bodies (Operational and Executive Steerco bodies).
- Establish a reporting framework for use across all vertical projects and horizontal streams, including templates, KPIs, dashboards, cadence, and escalation paths.
- Define mechanisms for proactive interdependency tracking, resource allocation, risk/issue management, and milestone management
2.Program Roadmap Consolidation
- Lead the consolidation of program inputs to develop a shared, integrated roadmap across all Zero Touch IT projects by March 2026.
- Ensure alignment between vertical project plans, transversal streams (process, data, tooling, automation & AI, operating model), and the Detect-to-Correct (D2C) journey.
- Maintain clear traceability of deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
3.PMO Operations
- Managing ongoing PMO operations through 2026 including
- Monthly roadmap iterations (8 iterations expected across the year)
- Preparation, Facilitation and consolidation of inputs for : Operational Steer Co and Executive Steer Co Meetings
- Minutes, decisions, follow-up, risk logs and delivery tracking across the program
- Co-ordinate across product teams, stream leads, automation leads and change management teams to ensure alignment and delivery progress
- Maintain program level dashboards and heatmaps for leadership visibility
4.Program Change Management Co-ordination
- Work with the transformation and change management teams to define the Program Change Management Plan for 2026.
- Support the planning, preparation, logistics, and follow-up of:
- Program kick-off
- Workshops
- Seminars & cross-team sessions
- 3 program-wide communications
5.Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Ensure consistent up/down communication across program sponsors, governance bodies, project managers, and product teams.
- Provide high-quality artefacts: leadership decks, delivery dashboards, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency matrices.
- Build a collaborative ecosystem across contributors to strengthen adoption of Zero-Touch principles
Required Skills & Expertise
- 12 to 15 years' experience in Program PMO roles in large scale IT transformation programs
- Extensive experience in establishing and leading enterprise-level PMOs
- Managing complex, multi-year transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management, governance design, and reporting expertise
- Experience in change management for large organizations
- Proficient in facilitating senior leadership governance including Steering Committees
- Experience Supporting Change Management Teams in planning program communication and engagement events
