At JESA Advisory, we deliver a unique consultancy to our clients by combining business & management perspective with technology, engineering and execution capabilities in our expertise sectors (Mining, chemicals, manufacturing, agribusiness, energy, water, transportation, cities, real estate, social infrastructure).
The missions will particularly concern driving performance improvement and sustainable competitiveness by optimizing our clients' operations. Through process optimization, performance management, and capability development, we enable organizations to achieve higher productivity, quality, and efficiency.
As a Consultant, based in Casablanca (Headquarter office), you will support the development of key project streams, and participate in project definition, problem solving, recommendation development and client interaction to increase your understanding of complex business problematics.
Expect to be staffed on various types of missions, and to build your skills and competencies through a wide exposure to projects that have a real impact and create economic, strategic, and sustainable development for Africa and the Middle East.
Your tasks:
- Participating in issue definition and structuring
- Screening data sources, collecting and processing relevant quantitative and qualitative data
- Performing analyses to support project streams
- Interacting with internal and client stakeholders to challenge and strengthen analyses
- Developing part or whole reports to support oral and written communication for owned scope
- Presenting recommendations to client teams with senior support
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement recommendations and action plans
- Professional Mobility to different locations as required by the assigned projects.
Education:
- Top International Engineering or Business School
Experience:
- Preferred Industry: Mining, manufacturing, agri-food, etc
- Previous experience in a strategy consulting firm,
- Or previous experience in lead positions in industrial operational excellence (for Top Engineering Schools)
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills in French & English
- Passion for Africa development (economic, social & human) and future looking to tackle continent's biggest challenges & opportunities
- Interest in our target sectors (industry, infrastructure and urban development) and underlying technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, openness, collaboration, flexibility, personal drive, can-do attitude
