Qualifications
- Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — fluency in English is a must.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to manage sales activities and consistently meet targets.
- Training Experience: Demonstrated ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Leadership: Experience in Sales Management is a plus.
- Business Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the Business Acquisition (M&A) process is beneficial.
- Understanding of the North American business environment.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models is an advantage.
- Mindset: Perseverant, goal-oriented, and guided by the "Always Be Closing (ABC)" principle.
