Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — fluency in English is a must.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to manage sales activities and consistently meet targets.
  • Training Experience: Demonstrated ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
  • Leadership: Experience in Sales Management is a plus.
  • Business Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the Business Acquisition (M&A) process is beneficial.
  • Understanding of the North American business environment.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models is an advantage.
  • Mindset: Perseverant, goal-oriented, and guided by the "Always Be Closing (ABC)" principle.
