We're now looking for a talented and driven 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 to elevate our brand presence and accelerate our growth across key digital channels.

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing impactful digital campaigns that drive engagement, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty. You'll leverage your creativity, analytical mindset, and knowledge of AI tools to manage multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
     across various social media platforms including 
    Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    .
  • Develop, manage, and promote the loyalty program
     to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Create compelling and conversion-focused content
     for newsletters and other direct marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
    , providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and ROI.
  • Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels
     to broaden audience reach and drive user acquisition.
  • Use 
    AI-powered tools
     to enhance content creation, streamline campaign management, and improve data analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and results-driven.
  • Stay informed on 
    emerging trends, platforms, and best practices
     in digital marketing, and apply relevant innovations to enhance our strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel, e-commerce, or tech industry.
  • Proven experience in 
    managing social media campaigns
     across multiple platforms.
  • Strong 
    content creation skills
     (text, visuals, or coordination with creative teams).
  • Solid understanding of 
    email marketing
     and CRM tools.
  • Experience in 
    developing or managing loyalty programs
     is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in 
    analytics platforms
     (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
  • Familiarity with 
    AI tools
     used in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, , Midjourney, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the 
    travel or tourism industry

  • Understanding of 
    SEO/SEM strategies
    .
  • Previous experience with 
    marketing automation platforms
     (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
