We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Digital Marketer to lead and improve our marketing across different channels. The right candidate should be able to plan strategies and also handle day-to-day tasks. Experience with paid ads, organic growth, content creation, and using data to improve results is important. You must also be comfortable working in UTC-4 (New York time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
-Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Grow organic traffic through SEO, social media, and content marketing.
-Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture funnels.
-Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve ROI.
-Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
-Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
-Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
-Skilled with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
-Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to act on insights.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
-Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns.
-Knowledge of lead generation strategies.
