Job Description
Scope:
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Planning / Booking / Transportation of customer orders
- File Creation
- Coordination , follow up and arrangement of documents for shipment s with carriers & service providers
- Updating of PSA BDP systems
- Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
- Recording Cost & Revenue in systems, Invoicing, Invoice dispatch.
- Documentation and filing
- Customs documentation and customs clearance
- Punctual and flawless e nd to end order processing and documentation
- Operational troubleshooting
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
- Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
- Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
