Warehouse site leader/ Manager

1. Job Responsabilities

2. Provides operations leadership and improvement focus for warehouse operations including good inbound, packaging operations and goods outbound driving results, well understand regulations and KPIs released by HQ and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality and cost on warehouse daily operation management.

3. Manage daily operations across functions and product lines to ensure a dependable and efficient parts supply warehouse, especially on the parts inbound and outbound management, ensure physical parts moving status same as system parts status.
4. Approach daily problem solving and continuous improvement opportunities strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets, i.e. Damaged parts reporting, borrowed parts return review, pushing and check, warehouse facilitates check and maintenance, potential risk prevention etc.
5. Address warehouse parts management failures promptly to ensure operations stability; escalate as appropriate.
6. Cooperate HQ Service management department to manage and develop spare parts warehouse storage and supply capability; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
7. Leads annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements about spare parts warehouse in country company; Cooperate HQ to launch and implement the new year plan.
8. Prepare and manage an annual operating plan on managing, coaching, and developing staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
9. Set the aim for the organization and ensure individual work plans are consistent with Zoomlion HQ's initiatives.
10. Well communicates with customers, suppliers, product lines, and other staffs in Zoomlion.
11. Lead continuous improvement projects that align with HQ Service Management Department for common processes, information systems.
12. Responsible for ensuring Zoomlion values are demonstrated in the site.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration from a globally or nationally well-known university or in supply chain.
• Moderate level of relevant work experience is required. SAP and other ERP system super user experience is preferred.
