Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with and growing the company's online and offline community presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include content creation for community platforms, interacting with users across social channels, organizing events, analyzing community engagement metrics, and developing strategies to foster a vibrant, engaged community aligned with Automai's products and mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in community engagement, social media management, and event planning
  • Content creation, writing, and editing, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor community health and engagement
  • Experience in public relations, customer communication, and building brand loyalty
  • Familiarity with the software automation or technology industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and French, is an advantage
