Our team runs in agile mode, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer (Laravel / ) to join the squad and accelerate our journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fullstack Development: Deliver features across the Laravel backend and frontend, with performance and scalability in mind.
• Agile Feature Delivery: Break down user stories, estimate tasks, and deliver sprint goals in collaboration with your peers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and advanced technology to speed up coding, testing, documentation, and debugging.
• Platform Enhancements: Implement modules for different cores, dashboards, real-time reporting, and cross-platform integrations.
• Quality & Standards: Write clean, maintainable, testable code, and participate actively in peer reviews to raise the team's overall bar.
• Continuous Improvement: Use the growing local dev environment, propose optimizations, and take initiative to improve efficiency with a positive business impact.

What You Bring

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

Stack Mastery:

• Backend: Laravel 10/11, REST APIs, authentication, queues, schedulers.
• Frontend: / React / TypeScript, TailwindCSS, responsive UI.
• Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (optimization, indexing, data modeling).

DevOps Awareness:

• Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and basic cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS).

Modern Mindset:

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into your workflow to boost productivity and automate repetitive tasks.

Team Experience:

• Background working in agile teams, delivering reliably in sprint cycles.

Problem-Solving & Initiative:

• Ability to identify root issues, propose improvements, and execute solutions without micromanagement.
