 Maintenance at Managem is at the heart of our operational strategy. It involves developing and implementing maintenance policies aligned with our objectives and the criticality of our equipment, while integrating Quality, Safety, and Environmental practices in accordance with international standards and requirements.

The maintenance activities at Managem primarily include:
- Managing assisted maintenance systems
- Planning preventive and corrective activities
- Supervising improvement projects
- Participating in the design and optimization of maintenance-related projects, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

We also implement strict QSE measures to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment. This includes risk assessment, continuous training for teams, and process optimization to minimize our environmental impact.

Our areas of intervention cover mechanical engineering, electricity, instrumentation, automation, and predictive analysis for fault diagnosis. We are also committed to optimizing energy management to maximize our efficiency.

We offer an internship that will immerse you in various aspects of maintenance in the mining sector. Internship topics are assigned based on your background and career aspirations, in connection with ongoing projects and real-world challenges.

Desired Profile :

We are looking for future graduates in mechanical or electrical engineering who have a genuine passion for industrial maintenance. Key qualities sought include:
- Autonomy and teamwork
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Interest in digital tools, CMMS, and continuous improvement initiatives
- A strong preference for fieldwork
- Motivation and a willingness to learn are essential.
This internship requires geographical mobility in the southeastern region of Morocco, where our operational sites are located.
