Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals; own pipeline in CRM and report weekly.
  • Build partnerships, negotiate offers, and prepare proposals/quotations.
  • Plan a monthly content calendar; publish across socials (posts/reels/stories).
  • Moderate comments/DMs, convert inquiries to leads, and manage community guidelines.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to Product/Support.
