Mission: Drive revenue growth while building and engaging our online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals; own pipeline in CRM and report weekly.
- Build partnerships, negotiate offers, and prepare proposals/quotations.
- Plan a monthly content calendar; publish across socials (posts/reels/stories).
- Moderate comments/DMs, convert inquiries to leads, and manage community guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to Product/Support.
