About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated
Sales Agent
to join our team in
Rabat
. The ideal candidate must have
at least one year of proven experience in the sales field
and a strong ability to communicate and convert prospects into clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively contact and follow up with leads and potential clients.
• Present our services clearly and professionally to students and parents.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions using our CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets.
• Represent the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Strong follow-up sense and client-oriented mindset.
• Based in or willing to work from Rabat.
• Experience in the education or consulting sector is a plus.
