Nous recherchons un(e) monteur(se) vidéo talentueux(se) et créatif(ve), spécialisé(e) dans la création de vidéos publicitaires performantes pour les réseaux sociaux (Facebook / Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).
Vos missions :
Monter des vidéos publicitaires courtes à fort impact (10 à 100 sec)
Créer des hooks percutants et dynamiques
Intégrer textes, sous-titres, transitions…
Adapter les formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) selon les plateformes
Décliner plusieurs variantes pour A/B testing
Travailler avec l'équipe marketing pour optimiser les performances
Compétences recherchées :
Excellente maîtrise de Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut Pro
Compréhension des mécaniques publicitaires et du marketing digital
Connaissance des tendances vidéo TikTok / Meta / UGC
Sens du rythme, créativité et rapidité d'exécution
Capacité à proposer des idées et à comprendre un brief
