• Ensure all inspections are performed according to the IQS system control plan, linked to drawing characteristics and supplier specifications.
• Ensure all inspection records, check sheets are accurate and complete.
• Make sure that nonconforming materials is identified and isolated in the quarantine area.
• Validate nonconformities with supplier quality supervisor and prepare claim notification with basic evidence (photos, defect description).
• Support the creation and sharing of supplier claims (RKM IQS) under supervision of the supplier quality supervisor.
• Participate in containment, sorting, or rework activities when required.
• Ensure all PPAP documentation related to inspected parts is collected and available in the local QMS database.
• Verify that supplier PPAP documentation (drawing, dimensional report, material certificate, control plan) matches the inspected component.
• Support supplier quality supervisor in reviewing or updating incoming inspection requirements when new or modified components are introduced.
• Implement and update the control plan in IQS system, according to the component drawing characteristics to be inspected.
• Keep the inspection area organized and compliant with 5S standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of measurement equipment.

• Suggest improvements for inspection methods, documentation clarity, and measurement efficiency.

• Education: Technician diploma or equivalent (Bac +2 / DUT / BTS) in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in quality or incoming inspection, preferably in the automotive wiring harness industry.

• Technical knowledge:

• Basic understanding of PPAP, control plans, and measurement systems.

• Knowledge of wiring harness components and supplier processes.
• Tools: Measurement instruments, SAP, Microsoft Office.
• Soft skills: Attention to detail, communication, teamwork.
• Languages: English (written and spoken).
